Off-Duty Knight — Medieval Reading Knight Bookshelf Figurine

The kingdom can wait. He's just getting to the good bit.

Even the bravest knights need a little downtime, and this one has traded epic battles and daring quests for something altogether more relaxing — a good book.

Dressed in a full suit of medieval-style armour, this charming little knight leans casually against your favourite novels, completely absorbed in his latest literary adventure. With his detailed silver-effect armour, tiny book and wonderfully relaxed pose, he's a delightful combination of medieval fantasy and bookish humour.

A discreet support panel slips between your books, helping him stay in position as he lounges against your collection. Whether he's guarding your fantasy novels or simply borrowing one for a quiet afternoon, he's sure to bring a smile to your bookshelf.

Because even heroes deserve a chapter or two of peace and quiet.

Why you'll love him

A knight with his priorities right: Saving kingdoms is important, but finishing a really good book comes first.

Made for fantasy bookshelves: The medieval armour and miniature book make him a perfect companion for collections of fantasy, historical fiction and tales of adventure.

A wonderfully relaxed pose: Rather than standing heroically with sword raised, this knight is leaning back and enjoying a well-earned reading break.

Clever bookshelf placement: A discreet panel slips between your books, allowing the figure to appear as though he's casually resting against them.

Detailed medieval character: His full suit of armour and silver-effect finish give him the appearance of a miniature knight with plenty of personality.

A little literary humour: A playful ornament that combines the worlds of knights, castles and epic quests with the everyday joy of reading.

A brilliant gift for fantasy readers: Ideal for lovers of medieval adventures, tabletop role-playing games, fantasy fiction and anyone who appreciates an unusual bookshelf companion.
